Our consultants are equipped with experience, knowledge, and tools to conduct and document a thorough Gap Analysis and a Technical Detailed Design.

The architectural consultants understand the IT technology landscape. They provide an understanding of current technologies to the customer. They validate the applicability of current technologies to the IT product and market objectives. The consultants are able to write white papers on current technologies and their applicability to the customer's need at hand. They are able to write product architectural specifications applicable to the IT product implementation. They will ensure integrity and consistency of functionality across the IT product/system.

Software product installation, product upgrades, product maintenance application or basic software product support (either on-site or via telephone) are offered by our team of consultants.

This Service Deliverable will involve pre-planning for the installation, installing the software product from the media provided, performing baseline testing for basic functionality, and configuring/customizing the product to meet the needs of the customer and their computer environment.

This testing can be performed at the component level or extensive Quality Assurance/Integration testing. We can document and conduct testing to any level of detail the customer desires.
